Many congratulations to Katrina on her recent competition results from the IAIGC/USAIGC (International Association of Independent Gymnastics Clubs/United States Association of Independent Gymnastics Clubs) World Championships competition in Nashville Tennessee.
Katrina competed in the Copper 2 level on 4 pieces of apparatus.
She gained:
A silver medal for vault
A bronze medal for her beam routine
5th place for her floor routine
And 6th place for her bars routine
With the scores from the above amalgamated she gained a place on the podium once again to collect her Bronze World Champion Medal (3rd best all round gymnast in the World from the countries/girls competing in her age group/level!)
Katrina then moved up to the Bronze level to compete her specialist piece (vault) she had to compete to qualify for a place in the finals. She gained 4th place in the qualifier and went through to the finals the next day. In the finals Katrina placed 2nd and was awarded another silver medal.
