E-Safety
On Monday 21st September, Dr Rob Musker, a Lancashire Education Consultant for E-Safety, came into school to speak to Years 7-10. He covered a broad range of topics relating to staying safe online, reporting suspicious behaviour and updating security options on mobile devices. There was an opportunity for questions at the end of each session and pupils were keen to get involved. One Year 10 girl commented, ‘The talk was informative and taught me things I didn’t know. The section on ‘location’ services was especially useful’. We are hoping to arrange a time later in the year for Dr Musker to deliver training on E-Safety to parents.
