Welsh Aerobics Gymnastics Championships

Congratulations to Tia Abrams who has just competed in 2019 Welsh Aerobics Gymnastics Championships in Cardiff. She competes at FIG level which is the highest level she can compete. She won the bronze medal for her trio routine. She has also recently competed at the 2019 British Championships in Liverpool and once again did really well and won the silver medal . These are great achievements at such high level gymnastics.
